Welcome to Pouch & Spark Collectibles. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. We sell and ship within the Philippines only.
Products & authenticity
We sell authentic, genuine trading card singles. Every card is hand-checked and graded Near Mint (NM) or better unless otherwise stated. See our Card Condition & Grading page.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are payable at checkout. We may update prices and product availability at any time. Orders are confirmed only once payment is received; we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred).

Trademarks & intellectual property
Pouch & Spark Collectibles is an independent retailer of authentic trading cards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc. Pokémon and all related names, characters, and logos are the trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners, referenced here only to describe the genuine products we sell.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Philippine law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) or other applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
