- Contact & order details — your name, email address, mobile number, and delivery address, so we can process and ship your order.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments and other gateways). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Order history — the items you buy, for fulfilment, support, and returns.
- Marketing — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter (optional, opt-in).
- Site usage — basic analytics and cookies to keep the store working and improve it.
How we use your information
To process orders, arrange delivery within the Philippines, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you updates about new cards.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and Philippine courier partners for delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).
